At JM Landscapes we specialise in hard landscaping for domestic properties and take pride in offering you just that - a perfect space completely tailored to your tastes and requirements at a high quality finish.
When it comes to having any work done on your property choosing the right company to complete your project can be time consuming and confusing. But you can rest assured that we are an honest business who truly care about our customers and their projects. We complete all our work to a high standard, treating it with the same care and attention we would allocate to our own garden.
We enjoy all aspects of the project (well maybe not the British weather) and love seeing your project through from the original design concepts to the end product, knowing that we have constructed something you can take pride in.
Meet The Team
James Tate - Construction/ Partner
James Tate, founder of JM Landscapes began his training with a three year apprenticeship in the building trade competing in regional competitions and is the winner of the South East 2010 CITB Skillbuild competition.
After working for 5 years in the building trade he began working with a local landscaping business in his home town Eastbourne. As his experience and knowledge grew he started his own company when he moved to Morecambe in 2014 and is now entering his 9th year in the landscaping trade with 13 years of construction experience.
Megan Tate - Admin/ Design / Partner
Megan joined her husband, James, at JM Landscapes in 2017 after working for 7 years in a management role at a local business where she developed new skills working with graphic design software, managing projects and communicating with customers.
Since welcoming her daughter, Megan now works mainly in the office and will likely be the first person you speak to when you call to book appointments or request garden design plans.
For Larger Projects & Bespoke Items...
For larger projects we may also be joined by various sub-contractors all of whom we fully trust and are skilled at their work. We may also employ the services of local company 'The Wood Den' to create bespoke wooden garden items such as gates and planters.
