General Questions

Are you insured?

Yes! Although we are always careful and hope to not have to use it, we have public liability insurance just in case to cover a high limit of indemnity for peace of mind. If you would like more details on our insurance just email us to ask for the information when you make an appointment booking.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we have confidence in our work and reflect that in out three year workmanship guarantee - that's three times the industry standard! Once a project is completed and you are happy with the work a certificate will be signed for you stating your sign off and guarantee expiry date.

Will I need to be in for the work to be completed?

All we need to complete your project is access to power and water. External taps and sockets are ideal but if this is not possible we will have to source power and water internally.

Unfortunately no, we are so busy with our landscaping projects that we are currently unable to offer this service.

What services do you provide?

No our appointments are free of charge as well as our quotations, however garden design work may be chargeable.

Our preffered payment method is an online transfer via internet banking, this is also the best option for you as the payment is fully traceable and documented. Although if necessary we will accept payment by cash and cheque.

Will I have to pay a deposit before work begins?

This depends on the size of your project. We have credit accounts open with our suppliers but if the materials you need will take us close to or over our credit limits a deposit will be required.

If this is the case a payment schedule will be included within your quotation.

Do you accept payment in stages?

Yes we will accept stage payments and encourage this method on large projects. However once construction is completed we must receive payment in full within 7 days. We do not offer finance options.

Quotations

Will I receive a drawing with my quotation?

For full garden design a 2D full colour hand-drawn design will be included with your quotation and if complex it will also come with a blueprint (this is beneficial for construction purposes). If it is just one service you require such as decking a scaled line drawing will be included with your quotation. 3D Designs are available upon request but these may be chargeable.

How long will it take to receive my quotation?

We always aim to have your quotation delivered to you within 7 working days of our appointment with you, however this really depends on the time of year and the complexity of your design. At the time of your appointment we will give you an estimated time to expect your quotation.

How will I receive my quotation?

Most customers are happy to receive their quotation via email in a PDF format, however if you prefer quotations can be posted to you.

After I receive my quotation will there be another appointment to discuss any details?

Often a second appointment is not required for smaller projects, however for larger projects there can be a lot more detail to discuss.

If we think it will be beneficial to have a second appointment with you we will first send you a PDF of your quotation and if you are happy with the design, arrange to mee you again to go over the finer details.
