Can you provide references so I can see your previous work?Yes, we have many customers who are more than happy to serve as references for us, feel free to get in touch with us and we will provide you with references best suited to the type of work you want.

Do you offer a maintenance service?Unfortunately no, we are so busy with our landscaping projects that we are currently unable to offer this service.

Will I need to be in for the work to be completed?All we need to complete your project is access to power and water. External taps and sockets are ideal but if this is not possible we will have to source power and water internally.

What areas do you cover?We are a small family-run business base in Morecambe and cover areas of South Cumbria and North Lancashire. Areas we have already completed projects include Lancaster, Over Kellet, Halton, Blackburn, Garstang, Galgate, Grange, Ulverston, Silverdale and more.

Are you insured?Yes! Although we are always careful and hope to not have to use it, we have public liability insurance just in case to cover a high limit of indemnity for peace of mind. If you would like more details on our insurance just email us to ask for the information when you make an appointment booking.

What services do you provide?We specialise in hard landscaping and a list of services that includes can be found on our services page. Not everything is listed there so if you have anything specific in mind feel free to get in touch with us we are always happy to help.

How long will construction take?This really depends on your project and could be anything from a couple of days to a few weeks.

Do you offer a guarantee?Yes, we have confidence in our work and reflect that in out three year workmanship guarantee - that's three times the industry standard! Once a project is completed and you are happy with the work a certificate will be signed for you stating your sign off and guarantee expiry date.

Will I have to pay a deposit before work begins?This depends on the size of your project. We have credit accounts open with our suppliers but if the materials you need will take us close to or over our credit limits a deposit will be required. If this is the case a payment schedule will be included within your quotation.

Will I be charged for an appointment?No our appointments are free of charge as well as our quotations, however garden design work may be chargeable.

What payment methods do you accept?Our preffered payment method is an online transfer via internet banking, this is also the best option for you as the payment is fully traceable and documented. Although if necessary we will accept payment by cash and cheque.

Do you accept payment in stages?Yes we will accept stage payments and encourage this method on large projects. However once construction is completed we must receive payment in full within 7 days. We do not offer finance options.

How long will it take to receive my quotation?We always aim to have your quotation delivered to you within 7 working days of our appointment with you, however this really depends on the time of year and the complexity of your design. At the time of your appointment we will give you an estimated time to expect your quotation.

Will I receive a drawing with my quotation?For full garden design a 2D full colour hand-drawn design will be included with your quotation and if complex it will also come with a blueprint (this is beneficial for construction purposes). If it is just one service you require such as decking a scaled line drawing will be included with your quotation. 3D Designs are available upon request but these may be chargeable.

After I receive my quotation will there be another appointment to discuss any details?Often a second appointment is not required for smaller projects, however for larger projects there can be a lot more detail to discuss. If we think it will be beneficial to have a second appointment with you we will first send you a PDF of your quotation and if you are happy with the design, arrange to mee you again to go over the finer details.

How will I receive my quotation?Most customers are happy to receive their quotation via email in a PDF format, however if you prefer quotations can be posted to you.
